World record holder re post yesterday?

I posted a question yesterday with no reply. It was which is the only standard outdoor and field event to which a British male athlete is the current record holder. After some research have came up with Jonathan Edwards triple jump. Do you think that is the answer.|||This is the Cricket section but you are right , good old Jon !!!!
